Sir Namaskar, I am form Dallu Kathmandu, I have my brother in my home with unusual habit such as playing with water for a long time not only that he always wants to see his hands and legs for several times as if there are something on his hand and leg. Similarly, he does't have a good sleep at night. But he talks us very nicely as a normal human being but I am irritated with his long time playing with water and seeing hands or leg for a several time. He has another problem too that is he fears with soap. He shares things with us that he is really scared with the soap. Sir can I have a solution for this proble. If so I will be very thankful for you.
