got keloid due to ear piercing its been a 1 years sir. Is there any treatment for keloid, sir?

Contact a dermatologist. Keloid can be managed with series of steroid injections or surgical removal or laser or cryotherapy; yet keloids are very notorious as they tend to return back. Dermatologist will help you in this regard.
