Is ZSR technology for treatment/surgery of a complete phimosis available in Nepal? If so, which hospital provides this method of circumcision and what is the cost of this treatment here in Nepal?

ZSR technology is a specialised stapling device manufactured by China which cuts the foreskin and seals at the same time. But, it can only be used in uncomplicated cases where there is no fibrous ring, balanitis or tough adhesions. Unfortunately, this device is not available in Nepal at the moment. We do circumcision using Sleeve technique which very safe, effective, versatile and therefore the WHO standard.
