I have a tight foreskin at the very tip only like a tight ring. I can easily retract and clean it during normal flaccid condition. But I cannot retract it during an erection. I don't have any problem in masturbation. But, will I have any problem during sexual intercourse in future? Can topical steroid cream like betamethasone and stretching exercises be helpful?
