My foreskin hole is small so I can't pull. As I known from the internet it may be Phimosis. Does Circumcision is helpful in this case. Please advice me the best hospital/clinic and its cost. Thank you.

yes, phimosis is managed with circumcision. About best hospitals/clinics, circumcision is done by surgeons, preferably urosurgeons. Kindly visit them for costs.Costs depends on the hospitals you visit or surgeons you choose. Its a very commonly done operations.So, have your feasibility and visit any urosurgeons/general surgeons AS PER YOUR BUDGET/TIME AND INTEREST.
