dear sir i am 42 year male . i have problem or erratic dysfunction. I never drink alcohol and smoking too. Mostly i don't have sex desire and feeling withe wife and female too. My dis become soft and soft during sex. It become hard before eject but become soft letter before fall sperm. It occur since one year . please suggest me
