Hello , I am 25 year old . My foreskin is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the penis. It is very painful . In normal condition i tried to pull back it and take large time but not come back properly. In tight condition it is very difficult & very painful. when i search about it, i found phimosis and paraphimosis. please suggest me some phimosis specialist or doctor in Nepal. whether surgery is the right solution or not.???
